    We buy pre-owned prodcuts from japanese partner store or japanese customers.
    We get hold only authentic products for our website.
    Please be assured that we never sell fake products.

  • What is unopened products?
    In Japan, a lot of collecor keep hold items remain box unopened.
    So the box is unopened and condition is good, we don't put them in pre-owned products. 

  • Why do prices vary from time to time?
    Prices in Euro or USD displayed on our website may vary from time to time, depending on the daily currency exchange rate Euro/Yen or USD/Yen.
    Exchange rates are updated regularly.
Returns & Replacements
  • Can I return my item and receive a refund?
    We accept return only pre-owned products.
    If you would like to return, Please contact us within 1 week after you receive products.
  • Can you replace products?
    We can't replace products because we don't have same products.

  • How can I pay my order?
    We offer only 2 payment method (PayPal or Bank Transfer (to Japanese or French bank)).
    But if you pay via PayPal, the payment fee (4%) is added on the prices.
